Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification.
If you reside outside Leuven and your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at asli@catchysights.com with your name and order number. We’ll look into the matter and provide you with an update as soon as possible. Please let us know if your packages got damaged.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Yes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to update the address.
Q: Can I track my package?
A: We deliver orders outside Leuven via Bpost. To keep costs affordable, we use regular mail without tracking. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to track the status of your shipment. However, if there are any delays, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
