Returns and Exchanges
At Catchy Sights, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact Us: Email our team at [asli@catchysights.com] with your order number and reason for return.

Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we make an error. Please return your product, you should mail your product to 'return address' on the package
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [asli@catchysights.com] with details and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in terms of condition.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
