- All products are designed with love, collaborating with local artists, professional artists and creative talents.
- We carefully select producers to ensure that all products are produced with quality. We especially prioritize working with local producers and women entrepreneurs.
- These terms apply to all visitors and customers of our Shopify store.
2. Products and Pricing
- Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that our product descriptions and photos are accurate and up-to-date. However, due to the artistic nature of our items, slight variations in colours or designs may occur.
- Pricing: All prices are in [your currency] and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are displayed before finalizing your order.
3. Orders
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please double-check your details to ensure everything is correct.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be processed.
- Custom Orders: Please note that personalized or custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Times: We aim to dispatch orders within 3 days. Delivery times depend on the destination and chosen shipping method.
- Under normal conditions, the product may take 5 working days to reach the address in Belgium, 7 working days in Europe and 15 working days in remote countries (USA).
- International Shipping: Customs fees or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we’ll assist you.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products and sale items are non-refundable.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact us at asli@catchysights.com. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund.
